With 4 weeks of league games to go the Alexadra sit in the Wooden Spoon position but are only 2 points behind the Stags Head A and the Stag are due to host the Alexandra so all to play for. The Farmers sit in Black Peg position and are looking for their 1st league win but all their players are showing improvement as the season progresses and it is their 1st season in the league.

Series 6 11th January 26.
Worthing A beat Tunbridge Wells 4 -3 wins for Mike Daw, Kevin Tunstall, Terry Molloy and Martin Smith. Kevin top scored on the night with 10,260.
Worthing B beat Littlehampton 5 - 2 away at the Locomotive, Wick. Wins for James Whittle, Dave Ingram, Roger Taylor, Tony Jenner and Dave Jones. James topped scored on the night with 7.050.
Series 7 1st February 26.
Redhill A 4 - 3 Worthing A. A close run thing but Redhill come away with the spoils having gone 4 - 1 up. Worthing winners were Mike Daw, Terry Molloy and Joe Oakley. Joe topped scored on the night with 11,670. The result means Worthing are top of the table level on points with West Sussex.
Worthing B had a bye as Brighton B had withdrawn from the league. Mid Sussex won their game and they now lead the 2nd Division by 1 point from Worthing but have played onee more game.

Week 14 26th February 2026.
Old House 3 - 2 Tarring Club, Old House cement 2nd place in the 1st division but once again Tarring are on the wrong end of a 3 -2 loss, Dave Collins topped scored with 8,160 a seasons best for Dave.
Alexandra 3 - 2 Stags Head B, a good win for the home side who had the run of the balls but took their chances well, Michael Wilson topped scored with 10,010 (score and break).
Henty B 4 - 1 Blue Anchor, Henty maintain their grip on the 1st Division title with a comfortable home win, top scorer was Doug Mahy with 5,680.
Maypole 1 - 4 Henty A, the Henty back to winning ways in what was potentially a tough fixture, Kevin Tunstall top scored with 11,300.
Stags Head A 5 - 0 Farmers, always going to be a tough one for the new boys from the Farmers against a very experienced team from the Stag and it turned out that way .

Week 13 19th February 2026.
Tarring Club 2 - 3 Henty B, the home team went 2 up with wins for Pete Hickman and Mat Jones but wins for Vern Blake, Colin Green and Brian Richards saw the visitors come away with the win. Colin Green topped scored with 4,740.
Stags Head B 5 - 0 Old House. Stags B keep the pressure up on the Henty A despite having to give all 5 breaks. Wins for Matt Knight, Phil Osborne, Chris Tupper, Nigel Senior and Jean Brackenridge. Nigel top scored with 11,270.
Henty A 2 - 3 Stags Head A. Henty A suffer their 1st loss of the season. Gerry Fitzjohn got the hosts off to a great start, Bob Hall levelled the scores before Kevin Tunstall won against the break to put the Henty in poll position. Stuart Carruthers opened with over 7k but this was chased down by Kev Hall to level the match again. Mr reliable Geoff Jukes bought home the spoils for the visitors in the decider, Gerry top scored with 12,420.
Blue Anchor 1 - 4 Maypole. Paul Moyes-Robb got the hosts off to a winning start with a seasons best score of 6,110. Wins for Chris Cox, Barry Holt, Dan Wheal and Martin Cole (4 player role) saw the Premier team come away with the spoils.
Alexandra 4 - 1 Farmers. The league new boys visited the Alexandra but wins for Tony Jenner, Rick Cunningham, Dave Ingram and James Whittle put the home side in charge. Scott Pryce with his 1st win of the season saved the whitewash for the visitors. Good to see the Farmers enjoying their 1st season and as only Liam has played in the league before it is good to see the new players improving week by week.

Week 12 29th January 2026.
Henty B 2 - 3 Henty A, unbeaten Premier league leaders Henty A win the 1st 3 (via Kevin Tunstall, Stuart Mepham and Stuart Carruthers to maintain that record, the B team pulled 2 back at the end via Colin Green and Doug Mahy. Kevin Tunstall top scored with 12,310
Stags Head B 3 - 2 Stags Head A. The Bs win the battle of the Stags to keep some pressure on on the Henty A. Matt Knight and Phil Osborne put the Bs 2 up before Kev Hall pulled one back with the evenings and seasons high score of 19,090 including a break of 10,260. Nigel Senior won the 4th and the match before Jim Millward won the last for the As
Maypole 3 - 2 Alexandra. Dan Wheal got the home team of to a winning start opening with a winning 8k+ break, but he was to be the only one on the night that made sure in one hit. Dan also top scored with 11,160. Barry Holt won a scrappy close run 2nd so maypole went 2 up, before Michael Wilson pulled one back for the visitors. Chris Cox made sure of a home team win taking another scrappy game. The last was also scrappy but Rick Cunningham made it 3 - 2
Blue Anchor 1 -4 Old House. Alan Mepham got the home team off to a winning start with home teams top score of 6,440. It was downhill from there as wins for Dave Knight, Ros Appleby, Paul Barnett and Gary Ridley took the next 4 for an away win. Gary top scored with 6.560.
Farmers 1 - 4 Tarring Club. The visitors went 3 up with wins for Dave Collins, Matt Jones and Pete Hickman before Liam Hurley pulled one back for the Farmers. Tash Light won the last for a good away win for Tarring. Liam and Matt joint top scored 2 with 5,040.

Week 11 22nd January 2026.
Stags Head A 3 - 2 Henty B. The Henty went 2 - 1 up but wins for Martin Smith and Mark James ensured their premier hosts just took the spoils. Mark James topped scored with 10,850 and Roger Taylor posted a respectable 9,260 for the visitors.
Henty A 4 - 1 Stags Head B. With the top 2 meeting and all to play for it was expected to be a tight game but the home team went 4 up before Chris Tupper saved the Stags Bs blushes. Terry Molloy top scored with 12,490.
Tarring Club 1 - 4 Maypole. No problems for the Premier visitors although Dave Collins did win the 2nd making the early score 1 - 1 but then all down hill for the home team. Barry Holt top scored with 5,910.
Alexandra 4 - 1 Blue Anchor. Receiving all 5 breaks the Blue struggled with only Dave Jones going off with more that 1,000. Their Premier hosts taking full advantage with James Whittle 10,260, Rick Cunningham 10,00 and Tony Jenner 14.400. Andy Farmer-Wright saved the visitors from getting a whitewash.
Farmers 0 - 5 Old House. A low scoring affair saw the experienced Old House team record a comfortable win against the newbies from the Farmers. Gary Ridley topped scored with 4,300.
