Henty B win the 1st division.  Runners up are Tarring Club. Farmers win the Black Peg.

 Series 8 29th March 26.

Worthing A  v  Bye. West Sussex took advantage of the A teams bye and moved 2 points clear at the top of the table but have played one more game than the As.

Worthing B  beat  Mid Sussex 5 - 2 to move to the top of the league a point clear of Mid Sussex. Worthing B have a game in hand on their nearest rivals. Winners for Worthing B were - Matt Jones, James Whittle, Dave Jones, Dave Ingram and Roger Taylor. Dave topped scored with 11,470. 

Series 9 19th April 26.

Worthing A  4  -  3  West Sussex. Wins for Terry Molloy, Ian Lelliott, Mike Daw and Joe Oakley put the A team top of the division.

Brighton C  4  -  3  Worthing B. Although the B team lose they remain top of Division 2. Wins for Rick Cunningham and Alan Mepham and a walk over for Dave Jones.

Series 10 10th May 2026.

Week 18 23rd April 2026.

Henty B  4  -  1  Stags Head B. A bit of a surprise here but wins for Brian Richards, Colin Green. Doug Mahy and Roger Taylor lead to a good win for the home team. Doug Mahy top scores with 9,410 including a break of 8980. Nigel Senior saves the visitors blushes.

Stags Head A  3  -  2  Maypole. One hell of a game with Martin Smith with a 20330 play out get the home team off to a good start, Geoff Jukes 10,970 wins a crucial game against the break to make it 2 - 0. Chris Cox replied for the visitors with a 21630 play out, which at that time took the high away break and score for the season. Bob Hall with a 12290 break ensured a home win, Dan Wheal came back with a score of 8360 for another 20k game. Martin Cole pulled the last back for the Maypole with a 24,090 play out and take the seasons high break and score. A total of 97670 points scored on the night.

Tarring Club  3  -  2  Blue Anchor. A good start for the visitors with wins for Andy Farmer-Wright and Paul Moyes-Robb but the home team turned it around with wins for Pete Hickman, Tony Collins and Matt Jones. Matt topped scored with 6390.

Farmers 0  -  5  Henty A. Premier winners Henty A proved too strong for  the Farmers and ensured the Henty only lost one match over the season.

Alexandra  4  -  1  Old House. Alec Pope got the visitors off to a good start but home wins for Tony Jenner, Rick Cunningham, Michael Wilson and Dave Ingram ensured a home win. Rick Cunningham top scored with 11230.

Week 17 9th April 2026.

Henty B  5  -  0  Old House, league winners Henty A ease to a win against 2nd placed Old House, top scorer Colin Green with 9.890 and high break by Doug Mahy with 7,590.

Stags Head A  3  -  2  Alexandra. The 1st 4 games go with the break, Martin Smith, Dave Ingram and Geoff Jukes winning on their 1st visit. Rick Cunningham earned a hard fought win. In the decider it was one break each, Michael Wilson opening with 6,800 and Mark James replying with 8.500.

Tarring Club  1  -  4  Henty A. Premier winners Henty A come away with a comfortable win but Matt Jones saves the home team whitewash with an evenings best score of 10,030.

Blue Anchor  3  - 2  Stags Head B. The visitors got of to a good start and went 2 up with wins for Chris Tupper and Jean Brackenridge. Then a good turn round with wins for Dave Jones 9.080 (7,010 break), Kevin Stoner 7,110 and Chris Lucas 8.980 (5,580 break).

Maypole  5  -  0  Farmers. Although no Joe Oakley or Martin Cole the Maypole eased to a 5 - 0 win.

Week 16 26th March 2026.

Alexandra  3  -  2  Henty B. A close encounter that saw wins for James Whittle, Dave Ingram and Michael Wilson ensure a home win. Michael had the top score and break with 10,140.  Roger Taylor and Vern Blake won for the visitors.

Stags Head A  5  -  0  Tarring Club. A routine win for the home team, with Geoff Jukes top scoring with 9,170.

Maypole  4  -  1 Old House. Wins for Joe Oakley, Dan Wheal, Chris Cox and Martin Cole making sure. Martin top scored with 13,020. Gary Ridley stopped the whitewash.

Henty A  5  - 0  Blue Anchor. League leaders cement their position with a comfortable win, Terry Molloy top scoring with 8,960'

Farmers  0  -  5  Stags Head B. The visitors secured a routine win to keep the league alive and increase their chances of finishing at least 2nd. Top scorer was Phil Osborne with 8,940.

Week 15 19th March 2026.

Tarring Club  2  -  3 Alexandra. Tarring again come out on the wrong side of a 3 - 2 result. The visitors took a 2  0 lead with wins for Michael Wilson and Tony Jenner. Tarring hit back via Tony Collins and Pete Hickman before Dave Ingram won the decider. Top Score Dave Ingram 10,770 and Dave had the high break of 8,100.

Stags Head B  3  -  2  Maypole. Wat a match. Phil Osborne got the home side off to a winning start with a score of 13,670 (break 11,190). Joe Oakley played the table out with a 20,060 break to level the match. Dan Wheal 19,710 (16,220 break) put the visitors ahead. Chris Tupper 10,970 (7,650 break) levelled the match. In the decider Martin Cole was flying had reached 24k+ with 2 minutes to go, only to get a kick on the break, which left the balls awkward and Martin lost his score, leaving Nigel Senior to score 1,000 and the win for the home team.

Henty A  3  -  2 Old House. Gerry Fitzjohn 10,410 got the Henty off to a good start and a win for Terry Molloy put them 2 up. Wins for Ros Appleby and Gary Ridley levelled the match, before Stuart Carruthers 10,520 took the last a a home team win.

Blue Anchor  1  -  4  Stags Head A. Martin Smith got the visitors off to a winning start, Chris Lucas with a seasons best 7,600 levelled the game before wins for Mark James (13,580 the evenings highest score), Geoff Jukes and Bob Hall meant a win for the Premier team. The game could have been very different if in the 4th leg Dabe Jones had not miscued and lost a  7k+ break.

Farmers  v  Henty B, played 2nd April at the Blue Anchor. The home side got off to a good start with a win for Scott Pryce with what I believe is a life times best of 4,310 but wins for Roger Taylor, Colin Green, Vern Blake and Roger Taylor made sure and ensured the Henty B win division 1.

Week 14 26th February 2026.

Old House 3  -  2 Tarring Club, Old House cement 2nd place in the 1st division but once again Tarring are on the wrong end of a 3 -2 loss, Dave Collins topped  scored with 8,160 a seasons best for Dave.

Alexandra 3  -  2 Stags  Head B, a good win for the home side who had the run of the balls but took their chances well, Michael Wilson topped scored with 10,010 (score and break).

Henty B  4  -  1  Blue Anchor, Henty maintain their grip on the 1st Division title with a comfortable home win, top scorer was Doug Mahy with 5,680.

Maypole  1  -  4  Henty A, the Henty back to winning ways in what was potentially a tough fixture, Kevin Tunstall top scored with 11,300.

Stags Head A  5  -  0  Farmers, always going to be a tough one for the new boys from the Farmers against a very experienced team from the Stag and it turned out that way .
